Albert G. DeCesaris, Jr. – Of Counsel Attorney Annapolis

Mr. DeCesaris’ practice areas include general litigation, specifically real estate, title, landlord/tenant, workers’ compensation, domestic, and criminal defense. He also has extensive experience in real estate transactional work, contract preparation and negotiation, and business/corporate law.

Mr. DeCesaris was raised in Anne Arundel County, Maryland and graduated from St. Mary’s High School in Annapolis. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. He furthered his education at the University of Baltimore, earning a Master of Science in Criminal Justice. He then went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. After graduation, he served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable James J. Lombardi, Associate Judge, in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland in 2003, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in 2004, and the District of Columbia in 2012.

Outside of the practice of law, Mr. DeCesaris is heavily involved in charitable work. He is a member of the External Relations Committee at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, an internationally recognized institution dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disorders of the brain, spinal cord, and musculoskeletal system. He also serves as the Vice President and a board member of the Celebrate Hope Foundation, Inc., a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to creating awareness and raising funds for the research and treatment of Sturge-Weber Syndrome.
