Jessica Chandler has been working in the legal field for over twelve years. Jess started as a Legal Assistant for a small collection firm in Annapolis while she was in graduate school pursuing a degree in Architecture. After earning her master’s in architecture, Jess was promoted to firm manager and decided to stay in the legal field. Jess has since worked as a Paralegal for the last two and a half years for a firm specializing in Community Association law. Here at Evans Law, Jess blends her extensive paralegal experience with great insights via her architectural knowledge.
Prior to earning her master’s in architecture from Morgan State University, Jess earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Maryland at College Park. When outside the office, Jess enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. Jess was born and raised in Deale, Maryland and now lives in West River, Maryland with her family. When Jess manages to find a little time to herself, she can be found hitting a heavy bag or going a few rounds in the boxing ring.
