Nicholas L. Ketterer comes to Evans Law with years of experience representing individuals and businesses within Maryland. As a seasoned litigator, Nicholas has tried matters in District and Circuit Courts all over the State and has prepared briefs to the Appellant Court of Maryland.
Nicholas started his legal career as a Clerk for the Honorable Shawn C. Wagner in the Adams County Court of Common Pleas in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. From there, he spent several years practicing criminal defense in Washington, D.C., including white collar crime and appeals. Since his time in D.C., Nicholas has worked in civil and commercial litigation, zoning, and land use matters in Annapolis and Towson.
Nicholas has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Temple University in Philadelphia, his Juris Doctorate from Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Nicholas resides on Maryland’s Eastern Shore with his wife, Madeline, and their dog, Goose.
