Paralegal
As a first-generation Latina born and raised on Long Island, New York, to parents from El Salvador, I developed an appreciation for the value of community, diversity, and advocacy from an early age. Growing up in one of the country’s most culturally diverse regions exposed me to people from all walks of life and gave me a firsthand understanding of the important role that housing, legal guidance, and equal access to resources play in helping individuals and families build stable futures. Those experiences inspired my passion for serving others and ultimately led me to pursue a career at the intersection of real estate and law.
I earned my Associate of Science in Business Administration from Anne Arundel Community College before receiving my Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Joseph’s University, New York (Brooklyn), where I graduated cum laude. While at St. Joseph’s, I was a student-athlete on the NCAA Division III Women’s Soccer Team, serving as a starting left midfielder. Balancing collegiate athletics with academics taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of teamwork, qualities that continue to shape my professional approach.
My career began in property management, where I worked with multifamily communities throughout Maryland. Over the years, I gained experience in leasing, resident relations, compliance, budgeting, vendor coordination, lease administration, and day-to-day property operations. In 2021, I became a licensed Maryland real estate agent, further expanding my understanding of the real estate industry and the legal and financial considerations involved in buying, selling, and managing property.
As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, I frequently served as a bridge between clients and industry professionals by translating leases and contracts, explaining complex housing documents, and helping Spanish-speaking families confidently navigate the housing process. Those experiences reinforced my belief that clear communication and knowledgeable guidance can make a meaningful difference during significant life decisions.
My transition into the legal field strengthened my skills in legal research, drafting, contract review, case management, and client advocacy while deepening my appreciation for the role attorneys play in protecting their clients’ interests. Today, I am excited to combine my background in real estate, business, and legal services as I continue building my career in real estate law.
I was commissioned as a Maryland Notary Public in October 2025 and plan to attend law school with the goal of becoming a real estate attorney. I look forward to helping clients navigate real estate transactions, resolve property-related matters, and protect one of the most important investments they will ever make.
Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling and have visited five countries, embracing opportunities to experience new cultures and perspectives. I also enjoy ceramics, which allows me to express my creativity and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
